Welcome to the NCPS Help Request Site



The NCPS Tech Department launched their new asset management and ticketing system through IncidentIQ.  Students/parents and staff will be able to submit help desk requests using their Google Single Sign On (Google SSO). All you need is your student or staff gmail information and you are in. 

The Student / Staff link is below but you can also save it as a favorite or shortcut on your desktop. The Parent/ family member link is located under the Parent / Student tab of the district website, and the Parent tab on each of the schools webpages.

   Custodial and Trip Requests
